Health and safety policy - Aston Crean

Aston Crean is aware of the absolute importance of health and safety, not only to our clients and our employees, but to each and every aspect of our business. That’s why we seek ongoing improvements to our safety performance and the latest safety systems.

It is our company’s policy to comply with health and safety legislation to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the safety, health and welfare of all employees while at work, and to provide such information, training, and supervision, as is needed for this purpose.

This legislation includes the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 and all other statutory regulations including:

  • The Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999
  • The Workplace (Health, Safety and Workplace) Regulations 1992
  • The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007

 

Staff training is to the standard of CSCS, CITB or equivalent and includes Manual Handling training to comply with the Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992, and Abrasive Wheel Training to comply with the Provision and use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998.

It is company policy that all Aston Crean UK Ltd employees and sub-contractors working for Aston Crean UK Ltd have completed this training.
